Not much new to report.

Feeling kind of blue today. I think I need some sun.

I need a scanner badly, hence no new art lately.

I'm going to see Britney Spears in August.

I got a raise at work.

I want to quit my job and find somewhere else that is more fun/ new/ exciting and closer to home.

Haven't drawn much lately. I want to badly.

I have another munny that someone wants me to commission as soon I send this one out.

I love Sims 3.

And I'm hungry. So I will go find lunch!

So lately I have been more than overwhelmed with everything. It's mainly work. I'm not happy with what I am doing, or how the company works. I'm basically at a dead end.

I have 1 munny and 2 logos to design. I don't have a lot of time at night to work on them, and I can't take time out of work to get caught up on stuff. I tried working on these for a little bit last night, and nothing came of it. My creativity has dwindled down to zero.

I'm just tired of sitting for 9 hours a day, tired of the hour+ long commute home (35-45minutes in) and everything. I get frazzled easily and over little things like the mouse not working, or this won't go there. And I have NO patients for anything.

Tonight I have to work with a student I am mentoring for her web design final project and I just don't know what I am going to do.

I'm in a pretty good mood today compared to the the last few weeks or so, but I know it's going to go to hell after I've been sitting in traffic for 20 minutes.



I really want to go the Portland, Maine Comic Art Festival. My current favorite comic Lucy Knisley is going to be there. I hope my friend Kristina is free that Sunday (May 17th) so we can go together. It will be fun!! If she can't go, then I'll see if my parents want to go, or my brother... or creepy guy on the corner who pees in the dunkin' donuts cup.

So my name is David, and I like to draw and stuff. I'm going to try and jump on this DW bandwaggon. I don't know if I will update it as much as my LiveJournal, because I'm attached to it too much but I'll give it a shot.

I'll probably use this as an art blog of sorts.
